- Setting up. There is nothing to install and no implementation project.
- Staff accounts. Everyone in your band is included, however many phones that is.
- Award and price limit updates. They are shared across every business on Neo.
- Downloading your roster. CSV roster export is included and ready to use.
The questions people actually ask
- Is the free tier a trial?
- No. Up to five staff, Neo is free and stays free. Same product, no countdown and no card.
- What happens when we grow past five?
- The next staff band is published here. Neo does not silently start a paid licence or charge a card you never supplied.
- How will paid billing work?
- Paid plans are not available yet. You will see the final terms, payment steps and cancellation path before any paid licence can start.
- What if we shrink?
- Your staff band should follow your active team. Automatic band changes are not presented as live until the billing controls are complete.
- Do you charge per support worker?
- The licence band is based on active staff. There is no separate device charge for a worker opening Neo on their phone.
- Can we get our data out?
- Roster CSV export is available now. Full participant, worker and service-record export is not yet described as complete because those self-service exports are still being built.
