Needs set per participant
Require a Working with Children Check for anyone under 18, or manual handling training for hoist transfers. It applies only to the people who need it.
A record you can show
Changes to shifts, clearances, access and timesheets are logged with a name and a time. Nobody can edit or delete that history.

Is every worker screened?
Each worker's NDIS Worker Screening Check, with its number and expiry, on their profile. Anyone without a current check can't be booked.
Are qualifications and training current?
First aid, CPR, manual handling, medication assistance and more, each with an expiry date and reminders before it runs out.
Was induction completed?
The NDIS Worker Orientation Module is recorded against each worker, alongside anything else you require.
Who supported this participant, and when?
Every sent shift stays on the record: the worker, the participant and the times. Cancelled shifts are marked cancelled, never deleted.
What support was actually delivered?
Workers write a shift note when they clock off, and each participant's profile shows their support history, newest first. You can make notes required.
How are incidents managed?
Workers report from their phone in minutes. Categories that may be reportable are flagged with the NDIS Commission's timeframes, and you record your review, the notification and what was done. Reports can't be deleted.
Were participant needs respected?
Requirements set per participant, like a Working with Children Check for anyone under 18, are checked on every booking.
Who changed what?
An activity log of shifts, clearances, access and timesheets, with a name and a time on every entry. It can't be edited or deleted.
