Neo operations OS
Follow one shift from planning to completion. The assignment, worker update, attendance and service record stay connected, while each role sees only what it needs.
01
Each person sees the part of the day they need, while coordinators keep the operation in view.
Build one-off or repeating shifts around participants, workers and service details.
See uncovered work clearly and choose from suitable, available workers without losing the roster context.
Send assigned shifts to the team and keep the latest service details on their phones.
See what is coming up, underway and still waiting for attention from one operations view.
Keep attendance, service notes and follow-up work connected to the shift that created them.
02
Support staff get their own app: today's shifts, what the participant's plan asks for, one-tap clock on and off, and somewhere to write the shift up afterwards. Big targets, high contrast, and an outdoor mode for working in daylight.
Notes, goal progress and incidents are written against the shift and finalised as they are sent. A correction is a new version and the original stays readable underneath it.
One tap switches to a high-contrast light screen for working in daylight, and the phone remembers the choice.
A support worker never sees funding, pay, rates or costs. That is not a setting anyone can change.
03
Most providers keep participants and workers in a spreadsheet. Neo imports it with column mapping, shows you the rows that need fixing, and lets you fix them in place before anything is brought across.
Your headings, whatever they are called. Match them once and Neo remembers.
Problem rows are listed with what is wrong. Correct them on screen — nothing is imported half-done.
Import the whole file once the problem rows are fixed, rather than typing people in one at a time.
04
Roster changes, attendance and service records stay connected to the work. Your team has a clearer operational history when somebody needs to understand what happened.
Every important change records who made it, when and what it was before.
Attendance, notes and follow-up stay attached to the shift that created them.
Review the people, times and recorded changes behind the work without rebuilding the story from messages.
